A hearty good morning to you. I am trying something new here with this blog. Well come to think of it between the Cooking show, the recipe book, the blog and soon the move lots of things have changed lately.

I am so honored that you are joining me on my journey. I hope to bring you new ways to do old things. We can talk about almost anything and if I don’t know it I will have to do a little work to answer it. Be gentle please, I am a home schooled cook not a school trained chef, and I am really good with that fact.

I love preparing food, especially when there are plenty of people to enjoy devouring it. Let’s learn some new stuff together and become healthier and happier along the way. Whoever told you healthy was nasty hasn’t tried it our way yet. Let’s play with spices and bring out new flavors in old favorites. Let’s figure out how to put the love back into our food .

Just remember it can be fixed if you make a mistake and all mistakes are a new way of doing things. Most importantly I need you to talk to me. Tell me how you altered the recipe to suit you. I look forward to sharing with you.
